Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Mississippi

foreclosure

I am in one of the mortgage elimination companies and when they sent a presentment to the bank the bank would not let me renew my note. I wanted to renew and keep paying payments bu they would not me. My loan officer said they would and then I never heard from him again. Now I am in foreclosure and what should I do.

Possibly you have a claim for specific performance or misrepresentation, and injunctive relief to delay the foreclosure until the other issues are resolved.
