Legal Question in Immigration Law in Mississippi

changing from h4 to h1b

Dear sir/madam,

Right now i am on h4 ,my h4 visa is getting expired on june 22 2007,iam planning to transfer from h4 to h1 for the 2007 quota i want to know whether this creates any problem in getting h1.

my husbands company will extend his h1b only 1 month before expiry so that will be only in may.

but i should apply it by april so by the time i apply for h1 (in april)there will be only 2 months left for my h4 to expire.will it be aproblem to apply for h1 in april ...please give me a solution for this problem.
