Legal Question in Insurance Law in Mississippi
While alighting from the bed of my pickup, which is titled to me but insured by my mother, I tripped on the bed rail of the pickup and sustained a knee injury when I came into contact with the ground. Would such an injury be covered by the Medical Payments on my mother's insurance, even though I am not listed as a driver?
