Legal Question in Employment Law in Mississippi

I was recently terminated. My ex-employer has been contacting me asking for passwords to the computer I used at work. Do I legally have to provide this information?

Maybe you should give the ex-employer those passwords so he does not later say you damaged him by withholding the information. That is up to you, and your decision will turn on the reason of your resistance to the ex-employer's password requests. That being said, I think the ex-employer would need judicial intervention before you may legally have to provide the information.
