I'm a truckdriver. Can my employer change my wages from hourly to miles and drops after i was hired at hourly

If you're not in a Union and no written contract you're probably an AT-WILL employee, which means they can fire you, raise or lower your pay, or pay you in marshmallows if you put up with it. Or you can quit.
