Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Mississippi

Complaint issued, now what??
A notice of complaint was filed with Chancery Clerk of County and with a County owned hospital alleging malpractice by nurses/Dr.s. The 90 day time period is almost up. What is the next step assuming the complaint is not answered?

This is a matter of sovereign immunity. The next step is to actually file the lawsuit.
