Wisconsin Supreme Court Rule 20:1.4 states that a lawyer shall keep a client reasonably informed about the status of a matter and promptly comply with reasonable requests for information. That is pretty broad language but I think that a lawyer should provide you with copies of the things you have mentioned in your inquiry. It is your case and the lawyer is acting as your representative. I do not know what you mean when you ask about an investigation report. Our files usually just have notes relating to the work we do on a file.

You should be entitled to all documents you singed. As to the investigation report, I'm not sure what that is, but the odds are you are entitled to that too.
