Late pmt of vendors lien

Sold r.e. under vendors lien in 7/05. Payments were timely until 6/06 when an extra payment was not made until 9/06. Except for 9/06, every payment since 7/06 has been late (15 days per contract). Nine late payment charges have not been made. ($55.77 per month), but the Feb and March '07 pmts were $4.92 and 49.92 over amt of monthly pmt.

I don't understand what you are asking. Generally each payment is independent of the prior payments so that waiver of a late payment in the past does not mean all are waived.
