Estate property transferred without approval by one heir

A piece of real estate property included in an estate was transferred by one heir to another person without permission from one of the other legal heirs. What claim does the current owner (non-heir) have to the property vs. the legal heir who did not sign a quitclaim?

Every person who inherits land has a right to sell that interest without the permission of the other heirs. The new owner of the heirs interest has the same right as the heir who deed him or her the land. If the heir who sold his interest own 1/2 with you, then the buyer owns 1/2 with you.
