father's home has survivorship clause?
my father died june8th,2007 , left a home in mississippi with a survivorship clause in it, leaving it to his mother .not his wife and kids .thinking if he bought the home with her he wouldnt have to worry about his sisters taking it from him, instead he gets killed, can his wife and grown kids come in on the house?

The wife has a homestead right to use the house but she must file her homestead declaration per requirements in Miss Code 85-3-*
