Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Mississippi

Power Attorney without Notary Seal

My father is dying of cancer. I came to see him recently in MS. I was presented a sheet of paper that was typed that stated that one of his sisters is the Power of Attorney. It was witnessed by 2 other sisters. It was also signed by a Notary Public, but it was not stamped. I am his only son. What legal rights do I have to any assets if he should pass away?

Re: Power Attorney without Notary Seal

Powers of Attorney end with death. Your rights would be the same as the sisters.
