Re: What right''s do i have?

I need some additional information:

1st. Is the property in Tennessee?

2nd. Was the earlier deed you mentioned recorded at the register's office at the county courthouse?

3rd. How did the earlier deed you mention title the property (I would need to know the EXACT words used on the deed)?

4th. When was the later deed referred to executed, who (EXACTLY) it from and to (and how titled), and has it been recorded at the register's office?

5th. Did you father leave a will, and if so, did it mention this property?

If you will email me with this additional info, I would be glad to try and help.

If the dementia was severe enough, you may have grounds to say that your father was not of sound mind when he made the new deed. There is also a possibility of undue influence whenever elderly people with disabilities begin transferring property.
