Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Mississippi

In what state must the will be probated?

Father has lived in Texas 86+ yrs. Is now dying in Mississippi. Recently revised his will in Mississippi. His home in TX is on the market. Must his will be probated in any county in TX, the TX county of his residence or will it have to be Mississippi?

His will must first be probated in Mississippi. Then entered as ancillary probate in every state where he owns property.
