The length of time between a chap. 13 and chap. 7

After filing and completing a chap. 13 , how long must I wait before filing a chap. 7 ?

Hi. There is no requirement for any waiting period between a successful 13 and a 7. My question is: why do you have to file again so soon, as implied by your letter. Didn't your successful completion of the 13 discharge your debts? Are your new debts so high?

I'm just asking these questions because usually a "chapter 20" (as a successive 7 and 13 are commonly referred to) involves a 7 to wipe out the unsecured debt and then a 13 right after to pay off mortgage arrears, without the necessity for paying off the unsecured debt, which was wiped out in the 7.
