Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Missouri
I live in Missouri. I have a judgement and garnishment against me for back rent and they have been taking money out of my check each week. I have not been working for the last 6 weeks due to the birth of a baby. Can they take my Income Tax Refunds? Also, if I file bankruptcy can I include this judgement and stop the garnishment?
