Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Missouri

Getting sued by the hospital for 2979 dollars. Witch we dont have. What can we do

You can consult with a bankruptcy attorney, in the area. You might also consider getting an attorney to rep you in the suit by they hospital. If you choose not to do that, you can talk with the hospital (or their attorney) to see if you could make payments. I suggest that you go over the case with a lawyer before you do that.
