i had a breach of contract case. I did not pay off my credit card dept. its has been eight years now. what will happen to me...what does Dismiss by Ct w/o Prejudice mean?

As a Franchise Attorney I suggest you repost your question with more detail. Is the breach of contract related to your credit card debt? If this all happened 8 years ago, the other side would seem to have a statute of limitations problem (the didn't act quick enough). Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
