Legal Question in Business Law in Missouri

Business Partner

My husband and I are patners with his friend. The friend is a problem for me because he is constantly making sexual remarks not at me but in the presence of me and my family. Our personalitys are constantly in battle. My husband and I want to get out of a business relationship with our partner. We believe that it would be better for us. If you have any answers that would keep us from losing our pants we would be greatful. We are a corporation. The partner is more baggage than an asset. He knows very little about our products, considering the time my husband has spent to teach him. He has no degrees.

Sincerely,

Re: Business Partner

The simple way to do this is to hire an attorney in your jurisdiction and file for dissolution of the partnership. The dissolution can be voluntary or it can be ordered by the circuit court. Check with a business attorney in your jurisdiction on how to proceed.
