Legal Question in Business Law in Missouri

Commissions

My company had a commission plan that I earned commissions under. However, when it came time for them to pay me (after waiting 7 months for them to 'get things together')They submitted a different 'final amount' and said the reason was b/c 50% of my commissions was going to my 'mgr.'.

The Commission Plan document did not state in any why/language that 50% of my earned commissions would be 'split' amoung my mgr or any other persons.

This company is sketchy from every angle- however, the money they owe me is considerable and I've been here for over a year.

They are now saying they owe me no commissions b/c the '50% split' did not allow me to meet quota. I agree, however this 'split' is no where in the actual commission plan. I know, this is all b/c they can't pay me the actual amount.

What are my rights and who do I contact? Please Advise.
