A competing business is offering lower prices to businesses, having them sign contracts that they will not do business with a rival business. Is this legal?

As a Franchise Attorney I can tell you the following. Exclusive dealing arrangements are fairly common and have been for quite a while. Also, there is consideration to support the exclusive dealing agreement - the lower prices offered. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
