Legal Question in Business Law in Missouri

Is my employer responsible for arranging parking for us? There are more that 100 employees an the department manager is telling us that we might not have parking arrangements anymore. What are the employer's responsibilities?

If parking is part of your compensation package, then by contract the employer may bew obligated to provide it/Otherwise, it is not madatory that employers provide transportation to and from work. If your employer does not provde it, an employer may be able to deduct parking expenses from your income taxes.
