Legal Question in Business Law in Missouri

I want to know what rights I have to sue if I can prove a company is falsely advertising.

I work for an organic grocery chain and I have notice certain proceedures in violation of the national organic program. So I have let my manager know. Nothing has been done and recently they sold organic produce labeled as organic that was contaminated by conventional produce.

For an American to ask "What rights do I have?" would take an encyclopedia Brittanica to hold the complete answer. In general terms, relative to eht organich produce situation, you have the right to quit. amd no longer take your small part in anymore fraudulent activity. You could report the mishandling of the produce to those in positions higher than at your store level. You might incur some backlash. Hopefully, your company has a confidentiality policy in regards to internal reporting, so you will be protected incase you do get flack in your store.

You can also reprot the mishandling to the USDA and the FDA. If you feel very strongly that all those avenues are not addressing the situation properly, you can go to the media.

Good luck
