Witness to signatures
Does a normal business contract signed by a President of a corporation require a witness signature in the state of Missouri?

Re: Witness to signatures
No,to make a valid contract in MO no witness signature is required. If the President has the authority to obligate the company, then his signature is sufficient. Some contracts may require an acknowledgement, i.e. signing in front of a notary, but this is not required to make a valid contract.
