car accident
A friend borrowed my car, totaled it another car & a light pole, my ins. paid for the light pole & the other car saying there was a mistake w/ my coverage as it turns out I didn't have full coverage. My loan office didn't catch this either so am I the only one responsible and do I have to go the county of the wreck to sue this lady in small claims? Thank you.

You have to go where she can be found and the court has jurisdiction.
