i am eightteen years old i have and account at a bank it was strated when i was younger and now i dont live at home any more and my mom says she wont let me touch it.her name is first on the account but it is my money how can i get my money?

Unfortunately, you will have to sue your mom for the money that she is holding which is rightfully yours.
