my landlord enter my home with out permision he called the cops and told them we moved out when i just met with them on friday and we left on sat due to an emergancy out of state what can i do about that?

Consult your written lease agreement, and if you determine the landlord violated the inspection clause, send them a letter demanding that they only enter the premises, based upon the laser terms. You did not indicate why you care about the police being told you had moved, so it is unclear why that matters.
