Do I have legal protection against my supervisor badgering me to the point of feeling like I had to disclose my Hiv status to get them to stop?

What you mean by badgering is unclear. If they have altered your working condition based upon your medical status, you may have a discrimination claim. You should consult directly with an employment attorney, in your area, to see if you have a case for something else, such as a HIPPA claim.
