Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Missouri

I moved in with my boyfriend 2months ago, he became eratic and shook a remote close to my nose, i told him not to hit me with the remote and yelled for me to get out of his house. because of his prior legal issues he called the police and had me leave. He was afraid of being accussed of another violent. all of my things and furniture is in the house and i am homeless. my name is not on the lease but i paid him for my share of the bills. What is my legal rights!

Have a police office escort you in retrieving your things. That is if you two don't reconcile. If neither occurs, you might need you hue an attorney to contact your ex.
