Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Missouri
pawned my hand gun that has been in my family for ever for rent money and went to pick it up and was told couldnt pass the check they run to get my hand gun back ... how can i fix this? and is it even possible to be fixed?

As it appears that your wife also posted, she shoudl go with you to retrieve the gun. If she tells them that you did not have permission to pawn her gun, they may allow her to retrieve it. (if it is still in pawn, and has nto been held for sale) She may have to file a police report to satisfy the pawn shop. If the time for y to retrive the gun has passed, then either of you will ahve to pass the gun purchaser guidelines, as if you had never owned that gun.
