probation
My son has been put on probation for 2 yrs and he wants to go back with my parents to england for a while can he do this?

You must check the terms of the probation order. It is very likely he is not permitted to leave the jurisdiction of the court which made the order. It is possible to have that amended, especially if this is great opportunity for your son, and you have a sympathetic judge, which you might, since your son was placed on probabtion. Give it a try.
