my sister has been incarcerated since april of this year. she gave power of attorney to my other sister and a so called friend,well the friend started writing bad checks on her account and my other sister closed the account. now we want to retrive her personal belonings from the woman legally,how do start to do that?

If your sister infomred the "friend" that she revoked the power of attorney appoinment, she need only appoint someone new as the attorney in fact..
