can they take me to small claims court?
i was selling a friend some wheels off of my truck. there was no contract and he did make a 500.00 deposit. then i asked for another oayment and he said he was broke. i went and got my wheels and he said he wanted his money back. when i refused after days of harrassment they said they were going to take me to small claims court. can they do that and will it hold up?
