bannishment from message board

I live in Missouri and the company who maintains the message board is in Indiana. I was banned from the message board after being verbally attacked by other members and things got out of control on both sides. I have snuck back in the forum under a new name and noticed the other people involved had not been banned even tho they did the same thing I did. After I snuck back in I made a few posts (not violating any rules or policies) and somehow they figured out it was me and deleted all my legitmate posts and banned me again. Do I have any rights in this situation or can the owner of the forum pick and choose who they let in the forum?

Re: bannishment from message board

Message boards are non-democratic "semi-private" associations which are governed by their own internal rules. You have no "rights" to membership beyond that of the will of the membership or the board's rules. It is not a place of public accomodation or public square.

I would recommend you establish your own weblog or message board.
