Follow Up - Internet Harassment

I'll try to explain this quickly -I'm going through a situation involving Internet harassment. It started out via email, but quickly went to online blog sites. I cannot block the person as he/she creates a new name every time they log in (over 100 accounts created). They sometimes use computers that I track back to UMKC to do this. They claim to see me at work and mention how I ''looked stressed''. They are doing the same to a few others, asking if they can come by again for free food, They've said things like ''thank you for looking at me today'' and made sarcastic? threats - such as I should have _ back in September, and I'll turn your house into a garbage dump, etc. ISP denied responsibility, UMKC is taking info in case of investigation but not eager to cooperate.

I want to know who this is, and who has such a grudge against me �I�m 24, work, make a living on my own, and have a life. It seems if the police would cooperate, this might not be so hard. I also received a death threat last week, and I don't know if the two are related. I doubt they are, but there is always a chance. I'd like not to pay thousands of dollars to get the person a slap on the wrist, but willing to invest if it'll make people listen. Thanks!
