Hi there. I'm not sure I understand the problem. She is 21, and you are... much younger? Is that part of the problem? If she wants to talk to you, have her call you. Then, you can't be harassing anyone. If the issue is that you keep calling, but someone else answers the phone and says stop calling here, then you should probably stop calling that number. I can think of a few simple solutions, such as, you can send her a pre-paid cell phone and call her on that phone. Or, she can get her own phone line.
