Ordering over the internet

I have placed an order and received a confirmation saying that my account had been charged which it has. I have never received the product and the company does not return my emails or phone calls. What can I do?

It could be a glitch or it could be a scam.if the amount paid is sufficient it might be worth it for you to hire someone like me with Internet Law experience, at least to write a letter.

Re: Ordering over the internet

You should immediately call the credit card company and tell them you dispute the charge, that the merchadise was never delivered. They will contact the seller and if they are not fly-by-night incorporated, they'll make it right. If it's a scam, you're protected by virtue of having used a credit card. All you have to do is ask the credit card company for your money back. Usually they will hunt down the bad guy and get their money back.

Good luck
