I hired a tree with mover
to take down a tree for me cut part of it let it all over the yard and won't come back is it alright if I higher someone else

You may replace the tree mover, after waiting a reasonable amount of time for the first guy to complete his work. If the second guy costs more, you could sue the first guy for the difference.
