Legal Question in Consumer Law in Missouri

confused

I had a repair done on my van 5 mths ago, I have a receipt from the place that did it and now they are saying the payment didnt go through on my visa. what should I do?

Check with Visa. If it did not go through, you may still owe them even though you made a good faith effort to pay them. If Visa rejected your charge, as they have the right to do, you are still liable, just like you would be if your check bounced because of a bank error.
