i have a installment loan in missiouri got it for 1500 dollars and the payments were 450 ever two weeks i could not pay the amount ever two weeks so i had to stop the payment on the 450 it was not a check i wrote it was a ach debt

After four years of no new offenses, it might be possible to start the process to get your most recent offense expunged. Then, with a continued clean record, you could go after the older ones.
