how to attach some ones personal property to satisfy a court judgement

If you wish to garnish funds, you can do an execution of the judgment debtor's bank account(s) or their wages. As to specific non-monetary personal property, the process is too complicated to adequately explain in this forum. Is there areason not to want the lien on real property?
