statue of limitations

if a credit card dept is charged off can it be reopened and sold to a collection agency and what is the statue of limitations in missouri, finally can they continue to call you at work after you ask the not to.

Your account can still be sold after its charged off. However, a creditor cannot harass you at work. The Fair Debt Collections Practices Act forbids this. Send the creditor a certified letter telling them to cease their collection activities and they are required to do so.
