1st degree involuntary manslaughter
My reletive was speeding and crashed in to this car and the guy in that car died from crash. 1st dergree involuntary mansloter in Missouri. Whats the worst he can get for this? He's a good boy he's not a troublemaker. He's like the nicest kid, and such a horrible thing happened. He has no criminal records. What the worst and least he is facing?

You can look up Section 565.024 of the Revised Statutes of Missouri to see exactly how difficult it is to anwer your question without all of the facts. As you would see if you read the statute, this can be anywhere from a Class C Felony (One day to seven years and/or $1 to $5000) all the way up to a Class A Felony with a much more serious range of punishment.
