Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri

A 15 year old girl, 17 year old boy, a dad, and an 18 year old 'girlfriend of the boy all live in the same house. The 17 year old boy is beating up and the 18 year old girlfriend and the dad and 15 year old daughter know about it. The dad has told the 15 year old girl not to tell anyone. She in turn, tells her mom (divorced from the dad) in secrecy and the mom now does not know what to do. The 15 year old girl is afraid to tell the police because she is afraid of retaliation and is afraid of losing her brother's and dad's love. What should I do? The boy will be 18 this Friday.

She should tell the victim that she tell the truth, if the victim reports the beatings to the police.
