Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri

I got arested on june 26th, in Mcdonald county missouri

for brakeing a county ordanance,,, but they never read me my rights , didn't fingerprint me, or give me a copy of my ticket,

I called the courthouse there and they had no recored of it so I called the prosacuting Atternies ofise and nothing was filed , a fiedn of mine was arested the same time and they had all his info, So I was wondering if I should call the sheriffs office and ask about it or just cross my fingers and hope it was lost

Since it has only been about 14 days and a major Holiday occurred during that time, the sheriff's office may not have snet the documentation to the ocurt or the prosecutor's office. If you do nto hear anything about this by the end of July, you might find that you got lucky and will not have to deal with this matter anymore.

Good luck
