Bad Check Writing
We have a grandson who has opened up a checking account and has written 4-5 checks that are not good. Our names are not on this account, only his. He is 17-years-old and he no longer lives with us. Also, we are no longer his guardians - we terminated the guardianship in January, 2009. Our question is, ''Are we responsible for these bad checks?
