Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
my boyfriend has just caught his second class b felony for drugs he was on probation for the samething he had five years papers and ten back up is it possible for his lawyer to get him a 120 shock or maybe short term treatment??? just trying to see whats likely to happen

It may be possible for yrou friend's attorney to get him back on probation or for a short sentence. Without any facts, it is impossible to predict the probability of it.
