Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri

If someone calls the police and says that I threatened them with a gun does this give the police the right to raid my house? Im not sure if they had a warrant or not, they never said that they did. They called my house phone and told me to come to the door. When I did, they restrained me by force, and then about 5 officers ran into my house with assault rifles. They tore my home apart (in search for the gun) and found paraphanelia, marijuana seeds (supposedly), and charged me with possesion of both and disorderly conduct. They never found a weapon but I was arrested and charged with these 3 charges, all misdemeanors. I have court tomorrow and I need to know how I should plea.

You should plead

"Not Guilty". The charges will be continued. Then, you should hire the best criminal defense attorney you can afford. If you are in my area, I might be able to offer my services for a modest fee. Please feel free to contact me.
