Charged with unlawful use of a weapon class b misdemeanor

I am being charged with unlawful use of a weapon while intoxicated class B misdemeanor. I was wondering what consists of being charged with a class b misdemeanor? Will I have a weapons charge on my record if I plea guilty to this charge? Is this charge worht hiring a lawyer or just pleading guilty and paying a fine?

Your question is a good one. I would need to see the actual charge(s) against you to be able to tell you what you are facing. Also, what court are you in? Some judges take this type of offense very, very seriously. If I were you, I would not hesitate to contact an attorney immediately.
