Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri

Domestic Assault

My Boyfriend sister started arquing with him and she shoved him twice. He shoved her back. 1 1/2 hours later she came out and said if he ever touched her again she would call the cops. He put his finger on her shoulder and said I touched you. She called the cops. My daugher at that time had fallen down the stairs and he went and picked her up to make sure she was ok. At that time his sister through a carseat and hit my daughter in the head. The cops showed up. She had him arrested. He asked if he could press charges on her for assault and for what she did to our daughter. The cops said no he now has Domestic

Assault on him for head butting her and beating her head into a wall. She has no marks and never did. Is there any thing we can do about this legally?

Re: Domestic Assault

If your boyfriend is charged with a domestic assault there is no doubt that he should hire an attorney to represent him. It may be possible to have the charge against him dropped if his sister has cooled off and decides not to press charges further. If you are located in the Eastern half of the state, I may be able to help your brother for a reasonable fee. You or your brother may call me for a free telephone consultation at 314-727-2822.
