Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri

I was attacked leaving a bar and after fighting multiple people i got in my car and started to reverse. As I am in reverse the girl who attacked me ran up to my car, opened my door trying to hit me. I hit the gas trying to get away and she was hit with my door throwing her backwards...in this process I hit someones truck. I am now being charged with felony assault with vehicle and felony leaving the scene of an accident. I feel that I am not at any fault because of self defense. I have court in 2 weeks do I need a lawyer and what may happen?
